The GPD Case Management Program provides housing-based and community support for Veterans to help identify, obtain, sustain, and retain permanent housing. There is no cost for Veterans to enroll in this program.
Assistance Provided:
- Budgeting/Financial Counseling
- Financial Assistance (up to $500)
- Connection to VA Benefits and Community Resources
- Access to Food Banks and Pantries
- Eligible for Incentive Items after 30 Days, including food, gas, household items, utility assistance, etc.
