Permanent Supportive Housing
Permanent Supportive Housing combines affordable housing assistance with voluntary support services to address the needs of those who may need a little extra CARE.
Services are designed to build independent living, tenancy skills, and connect individuals with resources to help them continue to thrive.
We currently offer these services in the Pasco and Sarasota counties.
Heroes’ Village
Established in 2025, this new apartment complex provides safe, supportive housing for U.S. Veterans.
Ozanam Village I
Opened in 2018, Ozanam Village I is the first phase of the Vincentian CARES’ Permanent Supportive Housing program.
Ozanam Village II
The second phase of Vincentian CARES’ Permanent Supportive Housing program was established in 2020.
Ozanam Village III
The third phase of Vincentian CARES Permanent Supportive Housing program, established in 2021.
Rosalie Rendu Residences
The fourth phase of Vincentian CARES’ Permanent Supportive Housing program was established in 2021.
