Rapid Rehousing
Part of the Rapid Rehousing approach is to rapidly house those experiencing homelessness between 30 and 90 days.
Case managers and housing specialists work with individuals, families, and U.S. Veterans to develop individualized plans. Once housed, participants are connected with stabilization services and resources, increasing self-sufficiency and ensuring their long-term success. Taken as a whole, this strategy helps make their homelessness rare, brief, and one-time.
To see if you or your family qualify for the rapid rehousing program, please visit your home county under the Get Help section of our website.
Safer Emergency Housing Alternative (SEHA)

Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)
